MH Talent Partners was founded by Megan Holmes, a seasoned recruitment leader with over 10 years of experience in corporate and agency talent acquisition. With a strong track record in talent strategy, leadership, and global recruitment across the USA, Canada, UK, and Europe, Megan has successfully led talent acquisition teams and helped companies build high-performing teams. She has been recognized as a top producer at a national recruitment agency and has won multiple industry awards for her success in agency settings.

After years in the industry, Megan saw a gap in the market: businesses needed more than just resumes and submittals—they needed strategic hiring partners who truly understood their needs as well as their culture.
Beyond recruitment, Megan is passionate about career development and mentorship. She regularly shares interview and career advice on LinkedIn, including her Tip Tuesday series, helping professionals navigate job searches with confidence.
A proud Hoosier, Megan grew up in Yorktown, IN, and graduated from Indiana University, where she was an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma as well as the Panhellenic Association, serving as VP of Recruitment at IU. Continuing her volunteerism, Megan is an active member of the Children’s Museum Guild in Indianapolis, serving on multiple committees. She lives in Westfield with her husband, Jack Holmes, and their two children, Jack (6) and Mary Jane (4).
